James transformed a beat-up old canoe full of holes, and made it good as new. He decided to bring it to Banff for its maiden voyage, so what better time and place to propose to his girlfriend Tyla? Knowing Two Jack Lake looks best first thing in the morning, we planned an early start. The canoe didn’t sink, so after a paddle around the lake, it was time to pop the question. Of course she said yes, and after a few more photos on the water it was time to venture back onto dry land for the engagement photos.
