I am not going to say much about this wedding, because there are so many photos for you to look at – it’s a long one. Robin, the bride, met Chris, the groom, and they are simply amazing together. In September 2013 they got married at Kananaskis. Everything about the day was amazing – elegant but rustic details, candles, burlap (love!), stunning flowers, the most amazing cake, a Vera Wang gown and of course our mountains. Here’s their story.
How/when did the two of you meet?
Robin: Through mutual friends
Chris: Walking on victoria street in kamloops
What did you think when you first laid eyes on your partner?
Robin: What a handsome guy!!
Chris: I thought she was a hottie!
What was your favourite moment on your wedding day?
Robin: Everything. I could never pick one moment! It couldn’t have been a better day.

Robin: I always knew 🙂
Chris: When she started watching “the walking dead” with me (even the marathon!)
Tell us about the proposal.
Robin: He proposed in jasper after a long hike, by a lake.. it was beautiful and beyond perfect!
What was the inspiration or reasoning for your wedding style/theme?
Casual/rustic/laid back… thats just us!
