I LOVE when clients come back to me for new pics, and even more so when it’s a brand new baby. Katie and Justin had come to Canmore a few weeks before the baby was due to have some maternity photos taken, then I made the drive north to Edmonton to meet their new baby girl. Olive has the most amazing red hair! I am sure that means trouble down the road… 😉
Dad Justin is a mountie, so we incorporated that theme and a little bit of Alberta’s rustic nature into the session. The hat photos are probably my favourite ones, although I do think she looks very sweet in the pink hat and the headband with the purple flower (both of which I made, like many of the props used in my newborn sessions).
I’m sure you’ll agree that Olive ranks very high on the adorable scale!
